How long will it last?

After an initial session, I will agree with you how you would like your therapy to proceed. We could agree a fixed period of between 4 and 12 sessions, or for you to come for as long as you feel you need to. We will also agree the frequency of our sessions, either once or twice weekly. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

How much will it cost?

The first session will be free. Thereafter my fee is £40 per session during the day and £45 per evening session. I review my fee annually in January.

What if I want to end counselling?

You are under no obligation to continue therapy once you have started, and you can end the arrangement at any time. However, for your own benefit it is better to discuss the ending of your therapy and agree an end date in order to conclude the relationship in a positive and resolved manner.

How do I make an appointment?

My practice is at the Odiham Cottage Hospital, Buryfields, Odiham Hampshire RG29 1NE. It is close to the M3, junction 5 (Hook turn off).
